Some Celtic fans have been talking about the latest Twitter post involving Ismaila Soro that caught their attention recently.
The Celtic Twitter account posted about Soro, wishing the midfielder a happy birthday on Thursday. The post carried an image of the player in Hoops training.
On seeing this tweet, many Celtic fans were left talking. They mocked the tweet and the player, saying that they had forgotten about Soro because of his lack of action in the first team.
Forgot he existed

Is Ismaila Soro a pointless signing for Celtic?
Yes
No
Who? Does he share a flat with Luca Connell, Danny Arzani and Shved?

Celtic signed Soro in the January transfer window. The midfielder arrived from Israeli club Bnei Yehuda on a four-and-a-half-year deal.
What do we think?
Since arriving at Parkhead, Soro is yet to make a single appearance for the Hoops so far. He has been on the bench once – in the Scottish Cup tie against Clyde back in February. Meanwhile, in the Premiership, he hasn’t even made a matchday squad (via Transfermarkt).
This explains why Celtic fans have been mocking the tweet about Soro, but since the club shelled out £2 million on the Ivorian, perhaps they can expect that he plays for the Hoops soon.
