Does McGeady's time at Celtic deserve more credit?
I think so
I don't think so
I loved him as a player. Definitely underachieved. Could have been a great. Had the talent…

McGeady had been at Celtic since his days as a youth player. He then broke into the club’s first team in 2004. But six years after that, he left the Hoops to join Russian club Spartak Moscow. He also had spells with Everton and Sunderland (via Transfermarkt).
What do we think?
A majority of Celtic fans do have positive words to say for McGeady. One fan does call him a ‘Championship player’ but McGeady deserves respect for how he managed to win three Scottish Premiership titles and one League Cup title with the Hoops. Fans should remember his contributions at Parkhead fondly, especially considering how he came through the ranks at Celtic itself.
