Some Celtic fans have been hailing Tam Cowan after a video involving him caught their attention recently.
Cowan was recently on PLZ Soccer’s ‘The Football Show’ podcast, where he talked about Celtic’s Old Firm rivals’ dossier of evidence against the SPFL following their resolution to end the season.
Cowan challenged the Gers to point out where the evidence of ‘bullying’ and ‘corruption’ was in their report and he said that despite all the hype that was built around it, it has been a ‘damp squib’. He also called it ’embarrassing’ (via Daily Record) – before making a rather bizarre comment on the anniversary of VE Day.
A Celtic-related page relayed the video of Cowan talking about this. It left many Celtic fans raving.

These Celtic fans clearly seem pleased by what Cowan has to say about the whole issue. The situation has seen the SPFL hit back at the Gers after the club circulated their dossier against them. As per the BBC, the SPFL have said that Rangers’ report shows no ‘evidence to support claims of bullying or coercion’.
This shows that the situation is still heating up and Celtic fans are right to be annoyed by it since it is only delaying the decision on the Premiership title. That may show why they loved what Cowan had to say about it.
