Many Celtic fans flocked to this update from the SFA. They talked about the potential restart of football in Scotland.

Yes, they have to

Superscoreboard quote tweeted this tweet on Twitter and that too caught the attention of many Celtic fans.

The statement from the SFA said that the authorities are now considering the idea of playing out the remaining games at ‘hub’ stadiums in Scotland over a weekend. It said that there will be potential to host multiple games at one weekend and the safety of spectators was also discussed.

SFA president Rod Petrie also said in the statement that they ‘wish to see football return as quickly as possible’.

There seem to a variety of opinions from Celtic fans about this. But the statement suggests that the SFA is still looking for ways to make sure that football returns. In that sense, the Hoops might have to play games out to win the league and reports about them being ‘handed’ the title don’t carry much weight.
