Fans of Wolverhampton Wanderers have been reacting to a transfer link which has emerged between the Old Gold and Juventus’ Gonzalo Higuain.
According to the Daily Express, Nuno Espirito Santo’s side is interested in bringing the 32-year-old Argentine to Molineux (via @TalkingWolves), which fans reacted to.
Wolves are reportedly interested in Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain.
Newcastle and River Plate are also interested in a move for the 32-year-old who previously struggled in the Premier League with Chelsea. [source: Sunday Express]#WWFC #TalkingWolves pic.twitter.com/TxGvKZJsD9

Sign of how far we’ve come in a short space of time. It’s a far cry from Grant Holt, but it’s a NO from me ?

Would you be pleased if Wolves signed Gonzalo Higuain from Juventus?Yes, he'd be decentNo, not good enough |
According to the Express’ report, fellow Premier League club Newcastle United and Argentine outfit River Plate are also interested in the frontman.
However, with the report shared to social media (via @TalkingWolves), the Molineux faithful continued airing their lack of desire to see the Old Gold sign Higuain.
Errr did anyone see him playing for Chelsea he had a shocker, my Chelsea colleague didn’t have a good word about him

No thanks. Why would he come to sit on the bench, unless we sell Jimenez.. not mobile enough for the way we play.

My guys finished, rather us try and get Ollie Watkins and then Gotze on a free?????

What do we think?
As can be seen in these reactions from Wolves supporters, they are certainly withering towards the supposed transfer interest from Wolves in the Argentine striker.
A 6.93/10 average rating over 23 Serie A appearances this season, in which he has scored five and assisted four (per WhoScored), may suggest that the 32-year-old is still relatively capable, though.
