Christian Marques is currently training with the first team.
He's 17, he speaks 4 languages, he was wanted by Bayern and Benfica and he's the most expensive signing in Wolves Academy's history. With good reason #WWFChttps://t.co/sKCaVMUsZ4

The kid is special. So mature, reads the game well, never miss placed a pass, so calm on the ball and gets better with every game he plays. He is going to go to the very top

Do you think that Christian Marques has a big future at Molineux?Yes, he seems classNo, seems overrated |
Over the duration of the season so far, the young defender has made appearances for both the club’s Under-18s and Under-23s, having captained both sides on occasion (per Transfermarkt).
So, after Spiers tweeted about the 17-year-old prospect (per Tim Spiers), Wolves supporters continued airing their thoughts on Marques.

What do we think?
Despite one fan suggesting that Marques could be a Joao Moutinho replacement despite the youngster being a defender, it is clear that Wolves fans are excited about the Swiss national’s potential.
After being named captain of the Under-23s at just 17 years old on two occasions this season (per Transfermarkt), it is clear that the Wolves academy staff see something in him.
