Tottenham fans on Twitter have been reacting to some old footage from a North London derby.
Spurs fan ‘It’s Always Sunny in Tottenham’ shared the footage of a crunching tackle from Jamie Redknapp on former Spurs man Sol Campbell in the derby. The video has subsequently attracted the attention of plenty of Lilywhites supporters on Twitter, many of whom were quick to share their opinion on the footage.
Campbell is not a popular figure amongst Spurs fans, as he completed a move from the Lilywhites to rivals Arsenal on a free transfer in 2001.

These Spurs fans clearly enjoyed Redknapp’s tackle on Campbell.
What do we think?
It was certainly a strong tackle from Redknapp and Spurs fans were always going to love that Campbell was the recipient, as well as the added bonus of the centre-back being hit in the head with the ball following the challenge.
