Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to the latest reported news on Tanguy Ndombele which suggests that he is set to stay with the North London club this summer.
The Athletic suggested that, despite interest from Barcelona, the 23-year-old is set to stay with Spurs this summer and after this was shared by Talking THFC on Twitter, fans were quick to have their say on the Frenchman. Since joining from Lyon in a club-record deal last summer, the midfielder has faced his fair share of criticism, with his fitness regularly proving to be an issue for the Lilywhites.
Sky Sports suggested that, despite his disappointing first season in the Premier League, Barcelona were interested in signing him this summer, although the report from The Athletic now seems to suggest that he will commit to another season with the North London club.

Most of these Spurs fans are clearly happy with the latest reports on Ndombele – though are some who have pointed out that he is not performing at a satisfactory level.
What do we think?
It would have perhaps been premature to sell Ndombele after just one season with the club and hopefully next season the French international will be able to replicate some of his impressive performances in the Champions League (where he averaged a 7.34 rating) in the Premier League.
