Spurs fans on Twitter have been discussing a potential move for Amiens SC striker Serhou Guirassy in the summer transfer window, although the North London club could face competition from West Ham and Chelsea for his signature.
According to French news outlet Le10 Sport (via TranSPURS), Spurs have made enquiries about signing the 24-year-old ahead of next season, with the French side hoping to recoup between £13-£17.5 million for the forward. After the decision to end the French league was made earlier this month, Amiens were relegated, so it is no surprise to see their striker who hit nine goals in 23 appearances in the French top-flight this season being linked with a move away.
Spurs have just Harry Kane as a natural striker in their current senior squad, so perhaps signing the French forward this summer could be a good move for Jose Mourinho.
Would Guirassy be a good signing for Spurs?
Yes
No
Reaction from Spurs fans to the reported interest in Guirassy can be seen in the tweets below.
Spurs are wanting to fight for Premier League titles yet potentially approaching strikers relegated from Ligue 1, what a joke that is

Relegated from Ligue 1 … utter tripe … if there’s any truth in this story, when will we ever learn about buying from the French league? Like a game of Russian Roulette a transfer from there! #COYS #THFC

These Spurs fans clearly aren’t too impressed by the lastest transfer rumour linking them with a move for Guirassy.
What do we think?
Guirassy has managed nine goals in an Amiens side that clearly struggled this season, so perhaps if he is available for cheap he could be a decent backup in Mourinho’s side.
