A lot of Newcastle United fans have responded to a tweet from Craig Hope about the Toon’s proposed takeover.
The Daily Mail reporter claims that ‘new evidence‘ has been handed to the Premier League regarding piracy in Saudi Arabia.
He claims this is the same evidence that The Guardian mentioned in their new report and that it is ‘critical to the test and is likely to cause delay’.
This has annoyed these Toon fans who appear to be sick of all the challenges against this takeover.
Does this worry you at all?
Yes
No
I'm told new evidence has been passed to PL as per @guardian_sport report just now re NUFC owners & directors test & allegations re Saudi piracy. Sources say it is critical to test & is likely to cause delay to process. More @MailSport

What do we think?
Hope claimed last week that he was expecting the Premier League to decide on the takeover this week, but it appears that this new evidence will delay that process.
The Daily Mail reporter then said in another tweet that no one knows what this new evidence means, and no one has any idea when the decision from the Premier League will be announced.
This contradicts what he said in his piece last week, but it suggests that Newcastle fans should just let the deal run its course.
