What do we think?
Newcastle United used this particular kit between 1993 and 1995. In the 1993/94 season, the Magpies finished in third place on the Premier League table, while they managed to finish in sixth place in the 1994/95 campaign.
Newcastle have failed to finish in a higher position than 10th place on the Premier League table for the past eight seasons, while they even spent one season in the Championship during that time.
With that in mind, it may be fair to say that Toon fans might have some more positive memories of the time when this classic kit was in use and as a result, it may not come as a surprise that these Newcastle supporters have responded positively to this tweet.
