Fans of Manchester City have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports regarding Pep Guardiola’s future with the club.
According to recent reports in the Express, City are confident that Pep Guardiola will sign a new deal with the club, which would see his stay extended beyond his current contract, which ends in 2021.
In reaction to the reports regarding Guardiola’s future, information of which was then relayed by Man City Xtra on Twitter, fans of the club have flocked to have their say on the matter, with many suggesting that the news is good for the club, while others, perhaps somewhat surprisingly, have claimed that they believe it is time for the Spaniard to move on.

What do we think?
Considering Guardiola’s success at City, it is slightly surprising to see that some of their fans have claimed that they would like to see him move on from the club.
Since his arrival back in 2016, Guardiola has gone on to win two Premier League titles, one FA Cup, three League Cups and two Community Shields.
As such, we have to say that we agree with the fans who claim that offering Guardiola a new contract should be one of City’s most urgent priorities.
