Fans of Manchester City have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays comments made regarding Liverpool’s interest in City winger, Leroy Sane.
According to recent comments made by the head of football for Bild Sport, Christian Falk, Liverpool had previously held an interest in signing the German.
However, Falk continues to state that Sane would not consider the move, as he would not want to upset the City fans by joining a rival club.
In reaction to the reports, which were shared by Man City Xtra on Twitter, fans of the club have flocked to have their say on the matter, with many claiming that they would let Sane go to Liverpool, but only in return for Sadio Mane and a great deal of money, while others have stated their belief that they would rather see the 24-year-old move to Bayern for nothing than join Liverpool for £90 million.
Would you be happy to see Sane move to Liverpool?
Yes
No
Liverpool have shown an interest in Leroy Sane, however the #ManCity winger does not want to join a Premier League rival and has his heart set on a move to Bayern Munich.

I’d rather sell him for pennies on the dollar to Bayern than for any price to Liverpool. pic.twitter.com/CL9tOpAanW

What do we think?
The recent comments made by Falk certainly come as a surprise, considering the rhetoric surrounding Sane has predominantly been regarding a move to Bayern Munich (via Bavarian Football Works).
However, it would appear that many of these City fans would much rather see the winger join Bayern than their top-of-the-league rivals.
