Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold has described England teammate Jadon Sancho as a “special, special, special, special talent” during a live stream on Instagram. A clip was shared on Twitter by @DannLFCTR and it appears the 21-year-old would be pleased to see the Borussia Dortmund winger come to Anfield.
Sancho is rumoured to be leaving the Bundesliga outfit at the end of this current campaign and if reports are to be believed, Manchester United are monitoring the 20-year-old’s situation closely (via Sport Bild).
Here is how a sample of the Anfield faithful have responded to their right-back’s comments.

If the rumour that Dortmund only want £87m is true, then we’d be absolute clowns not to pay that, simple as! If we genuinely let united get him for a price like that then it’s just pure idiotic!

It would be great to have Sancho at Liverpool.

Would you like to see Sancho sign for Liverpool?
Yes
No
Would he say “if he came to us” if there wasn’t any kind of interest?

What do we think?
It’s clear from the above responses that many of these supporters would love to see Sancho come to Anfield. According to Transfermarkt.co.uk, the England star is valued at £105.3m. Sport Bild recently reported that Borussia Dortmund are not willing to accept less than the player’s market value despite the financial impact that the recent health crisis is expected to have on the sport. It remains to be seen whether or not the Reds would be willing to make that level of investment in a winger.
