Bye bye Adrian ????

Why does every Turkish outlet link us to this guy?
It’s definitely just a means of generating interest — we’re not spending €25m on a backup goalkeeper.

Why on earth would we spend 25 million euros on a number 2 keeper. Just isn’t ever gonna happen ?

Do Liverpool need to sign another goalkeeper?
Yes
No
The 24-year-old Trabzonspor goalkeeper is currently valued at £8.55 million, according to Transfermarkt. So far this season, the Turkish international has made a total of 33 appearances for Trabzonspor, in which he has conceded 39 goals and kept just four clean sheets (per Transfermarkt). Now that it has been reported that the Merseyside club have made a bid for Cakir, this news sparked a big reaction on Twitter, with many Liverpool fans sharing their thoughts on the situation.

How have we managed to make a bid of 25m when we’re broke and we ain’t signing anyone. It’s nothing news.

What do we think?
It appears that most of these Liverpool fans don’t think this rumour is completely true and that the club haven’t made an offer for Cakir.
