Miss the days when we had a good old fashioned CF up top, lapping up crosses, converting set pieces – giving us options to switch it up & our attack another dynamic. Imagine the potential with a player like howie in our team now? Rudkin needs to sanction a move for mitrovic.

What do we think?
As per the Foxes’ official website, Howard made 169 appearances for Leicester City, with the former forward scoring a total of 39 goals in his time as a Foxes player. Additionally, this article from the club’s official website also explains that the former striker was awarded Leicester’s ‘Player of the Year’ award in the 2008/09 season as a member of the “record-breaking team which stormed to the League 1 title” that term. Leicester finished at the top of League One, accumulating 96 points that season.
With that in mind, it may be fair to say that Howard played a significant role for Leicester in the 2008/09 campaign and as a result, it may not come as a big surprise that these Leicester fans have fond memories of the former striker.
