Fans of Everton have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports of the club’s interest in Napoli defender, Kalidou Koulibaly.
According to reports in Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport, which cited Le Parisien, former Napoli and current Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti is keen on a reunion with the centre-back, however, there is also interest from Bayern Munich and Manchester United in the £50.4 million-rated man.
In reaction to the reports, which were relayed by Toffee TV on Twitter, fans of Everton have flocked to have their say on the matter, with many suggesting that Koulibaly would be a massive signing for the club, while others have stated their belief that 28-year-old will be too expensive for the club to afford.
Would you like Everton to sign Koulibaly this summer?

It’d be cheaper to just buy Napoli at this rate, the amount of their players we’ve been linked with!

What do we think?
Although Koulibaly has featured just 15 times for Napoli in Serie A this season, he has still averaged a respectable WhoScored match rating of 6.78.
However, when the 28-year-old has featured in the Champions League this term, he has averaged a remarkable rating of 7.43, suggesting that he has the ability to thrive at the highest level of football that Europe has to offer.
As such, it is slightly surprising to see that many Everton fans would rather that their club avoid the signing of Koulibaly.
