Aston Villa fans on Twitter have been responding to recently posted footage of Brazilian striker Wesley.
This comes after Villa fan Twitter account @astonforza shared a post on their page that contained footage, originally posted on physiotherapist Cristiano D’Avila’s Instagram story.
The footage shows Wesley working on his passing and first touch with a football in Brazil before working out in a swimming pool as part of his recovery from the knee injury he suffered back in January.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Villa fans who were quick to share their thoughts on the injured striker.
Here’s a sample of Villa fans responding to the post:

To be fair he needed to work on his touch, glad to see he’s working hard to come back better this year

Are you excited for Wesley to return?
Yes
No
Now that this footage of Wesley has been doing the rounds on Twitter, this sparked a big reaction from Villa fans who were not shy in letting their feelings on the striker known.
However, there were some Villa fans who were not impressed with what they saw from the footage.
Leave him there

Touch hasn’t changed then?

What do we think?
It’s good to see Wesley working his way back to full fitness and working on his skills on the ball. Unfortunately for the Brazilian, not all of these Villa fans are getting too excited about his return to fitness.
