West Brom’s official Twitter account recently posted a tweet sharing the news that Romaine Sawyers will represent the Baggies in the ‘EFL Football Manager Cup’. Sawyers has responded to the club’s recent post via a tweet of his own, which has caught the attention of some Baggies supporters.
The Baggies’ recent post shares a link to an article that was published by the club’s official website where it is explained that Sawyers will take “the Hawthorns hot seat for the e-tournament”, in which he will compete against “players or fans” of other EFL clubs on Football Manager.
In his recent post, 28-year-old Sawyers declares that the honour of managing West Brom “came earlier than [he] expected in life”.
Some West Brom fans have been reacting positively to Sawyers’ recent post about taking charge of his club in this ‘Football Manager’ tournament. Read the reactions of some Baggies supporters to Sawyers’ recent post in the tweets below.
