Some Celtic fans have been talking about Kristoffer Ajer and have made it clear that they want to see him stay at the club.
Ajer is celebrating his birthday today (17th April), and the club’s Twitter account posted about him, wishing the defender on his birthday.
On seeing this post, many Celtic fans started talking about the Norwegian. Some made it clear that they want him to stay at Parkhead and that he shouldn’t leave the club. Some wished to see him wear the Bhoys jersey once again soon.

Ajer has made 49 appearances in all competitions this season. 28 of them have come in the Premiership, where the Norwegian has also scored three goals under Neil Lennon (via Transfermarkt).
What do we think?
Ajer’s agent has already told Norwegian news agency NTB (via Sporten) that he will not renew his deal at Celtic and will leave at the end of the season.
This shows that he might already be keen on leaving, and has been linked with a move to Milan by Tuttosport (via MilanNews). If big clubs like Milan want him, the Hoops may get a good yield out of Ajer’s sale and reinvest it in a replacement, despite the wishes of these fans.
