Is Nakamura the best free-kick taker in Celtic history?
Yes, no one comes close

We were lucky to have him at Celtic Park, a genuinely world class player and could have had his pick of the very top European clubs, so so happy he chose Celtic. Still playing last season too.

Nakamura joined Celtic from Italian side Reggina in the summer of 2005. before leaving after four years at Parkhead, with the former Japanese international joining Espanyol (via Transfermarkt).
Even at 41, Nakamura is still an active footballer and currently plies his trade with Yokohama FC in Japan (via Transfermarkt).
What do we think?
Judging by the comments of the Celtic fans, they still remember Nakamura’s contributions at Parkhead very well. Considering how he won three Premiership titles at the club, he was certainly an influential member of the team back in his Celtic days and he deserves credit for it.
