Fans of West Ham have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays comments made by Hammers midfielder Jack Wilshere regarding his time at the club.
In comments made to Stadium Astro (via Evening Standard), the 28-year-old stated: “It hasn’t worked out for me, I’ll be honest. It hasn’t gone the way I wanted it to, I’ve missed too much football, I haven’t played enough games.”
He continued: “I want to get back on track, get my career back on track, get playing games week-in, week-out and start to feel like a footballer again.”
In reaction to his comments, which were relayed by West Ham News on Twitter, fans of the club have flocked to have their say on the matter, with many suggesting that they have heard his comments before and have apparently reached the end of their patience with the midfielder.
Should Jack Wilshere be moved on over the next transfer window?
Yes, for sure
No, give him another chance

What do we think?
Since arriving at the club from Arsenal in 2018, Wilshere has made just 16 appearances for West Ham, scoring one goal and providing one assist.
This season, the 28-year-old made six Premier League appearances for the club before injuring his groin last October, which has ruled him out of top-flight action ever since.
In addition to this, last season Wilshere also missed 31 games through multiple injuries, meaning that in his two seasons at West Ham, he has missed over 50 games.
As such, it is no wonder why many of West Ham fans’ patience has run out with the midfielder.
