Look how how important Rice is to us & I don’t want to sell him but look at his Value now & even Diangana who wasn’t even rated before Pellegrini now worth £10-15m more then get for Masuaku, Wilshere Yarmo together probably.
Need to keep giving our youth a pathway & chances.

Does the report from Claret and Hugh mean that Declan Rice is definitely staying?Yes, it's confirmedNo, not confirmed |
The report comes after both The Sun and The Telegraph recently touted interest in the 21-year-old midfielder from other Premier League clubs. These reports indicated that the Hammers may sell Rice.
However, following the report from Claret and Hugh which suggested the opposite, supporters continued airing their opinions on the story.

What do we think?
As can be seen in the responses from these West Ham supporters, they are desperate for Rice to stay at the London Stadium, however, some still believe he will leave the club.
According to The Telegraph’s report, though, the Irons value the English midfielder at £70 million, so, if West Ham did sell, then it would likely be a healthy boost for the club’s finances.
