Spurs fans on Twitter have been discussing Davinson Sanchez and his future with the North London club.
COYS.com asked fans on Twitter for their opinions on the Colombian defender, which has attracted the attention of plenty of Lilywhites supporters. Spurs signed the 23-year-old defender from Ajax in 2017 for a then club-record fee and he has gone on to make 110 appearances for the North London club in nearly three years at the club.
So far this season, the young defender has struggled somewhat; averaging a disappointing 6.74 rating across his 22 appearances in the top-flight. However, with Jan Vertonghen set to leave the club this summer when his contract expires, perhaps the former Ajax man will be able to nail down a starting spot under Jose Mourinho next season.

These Spurs fans are clearly convinced by Sanchez and feel he is a key player.
What do we think?
Sanchez is still young so he still has time to improve but you imagine that this summer will give Mourinho a proper chance to see how the Colombian can perform in pre-season and decide whether he is good enough to be a regular in his side.
