A lot of Newcastle United fans have replied to a tweet from Won The Ball, who have produced a new concept kit design for next season.
They claim that this kit is designed to be Newcastle’s third strip. The shirt is gold, with black stripes on the collar and sleeves. It would be manufactured by Adidas and sponsored by Aramco.
Aramco is a Saudi oil company – so the reason they are included in this kit could be to honour Newcastle’s potential new majority owners PIF.
However, judging by these replies, some Toon fans are not keen.
Do you like this concept kit?
Yes, I am a fan
No, don't like it

What do we think?
As the tweets above show, some Toon fans think that this looks like a Wolves shirt, and they are right about that; however, one Newcastle fan thought that it looked like one of the Magpies’ older kits and we agree with this opinion more.
The Toon’s deal with Puma runs out at the end of this season.
So, Adidas could be brought back as the club’s kit manufacturer, having previously ended their partnership with Newcastle before the 2010-11 season.
Judging by some of the replies to Won The Ball’s recent tweet, a few Newcastle fans would love to see Adidas return to replace Puma.
