A lot of Newcastle United fans have responded to a tweet from Nabil Bentaleb after he posted a video of himself with the caption ‘wait and see’.
The video is just under a minute long and features Bentaleb’s highlights while he has been with the Toon.
It includes tackles, skills, and some impressive passes.
Some Toon fans, though, believe this video implies something about the proposed takeover of the club.
No matter what happens do you want Bentaleb to be a Newcastle player next year?
Yes, he has shown enough
No, he hasn't done enough

Nabil don’t do this ?

Other Newcastle supporters, however, believe that it is more to do with Bentaleb’s future.
Can’t help but feel this video / tag line is aimed more at himself rather than the club.

He’s compiling his best bits for the new owners and manager so they make his loan deal permanent!

What do we think?
This is a really well put together video, and it makes the former Tottenham Hotspur player look like a class act rather than someone who averages a 6.68 rating in the league (as per WhoScored).
Since joining Newcastle on loan in January, the 25-year-old has made six appearances in all competitions and has spoken about how he wants to stay on Tyneside.
However, with the Toon in the middle of a proposed takeover, it is unclear if the Algerian’s future is on Tyneside or not.
