Newcastle United fans on Twitter have been discussing former Magpies midfielder Moussa Sissoko.
This comes after football writer @ketchell shared a post on their Twitter page that contained an image of Sissoko sitting in his living room.
The post was captioned pointing out Sissoko’s painting of the Tyne Bridge, his black and white sofa and a framed photo of himself in a Newcastle kit all in his living room.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Magpies fans who were unbothered by the amount of Newcastle material in Sissoko’s house.
Here’s a sample of Newcastle fans responding to the post:

Takeover or no takeover, genuinely wouldn’t want him back. Destroyed Ashley Cole in one game and lived off it the rest of his career. As an athlete he’s great, but as a footballer requiring skill he’s woeful.

One game wonder. No thanks.

I think he had all the attributes to a decent player (i know he has done ok at spurs). His attitude just stinks, doesn’t matter how good you are, without a good attitude you might as well be sat at home

However, there were some Newcastle fans who were felt differently towards the Frenchman.
Would you take Moussa Sissoko back at Newcastle?
Yes

Tbf to Moussa he’s never said a bad word about the club and has always spoken of us fondly since he left.

What do we think?
Before heading to Tottenham Hotspur in 2016, the 30-year-old made 133 appearances for the Toon in which he managed to score 12 goals and provide 19 assists (per Transfermarkt). Looking at these replies, it appears that there is a split opinion to how the fans see Sissoko now.
