Fans of Manchester City have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays the latest information on the ongoing Leroy Sane transfer saga.
According to recent reports in the Manchester Evening News, Bayern Munich are hoping to land Sane for a cut-price fee, with the current situation surrounding football expected to have an adverse effect on players’ values the transfer market.
The 24-year-old will be entering the final year of his contract by the time this year’s window opens, with MEN reporting that there are no signs Sane is any closer to signing a new contract with City.
In reaction to the reports, which were relayed by City Chief on Twitter, fans of the club have flocked to have their say on the matter, with many furious with the suggestion that Bayern will be offering less for their winger.

What do we think?
Whether or not Sane does end up going to Bayern is uncertain, however, one thing that is clear is just how influential the German international has been at City.
Since joining from Schalke, Sane has made 134 appearances for the club, scoring 39 goals and providing 45 assists, helping City to win two Premier League titles, one FA Cup, two League cups and two Community Shields.
As such, at just 24 years of age, whomever City lose Sane to, they will be losing a spectacular talent.
