Liverpool fans on Twitter have been calling for their club to sign Chelsea winger Willian this summer.
This comes after Liverpool fan Twitter account @AnfieldEdition shared a post on their page relaying news originally posted in an article by Sport via Sport Witness.
The article claims that Willian is currently in negotiations over a move to Merseyside.
The article also added that the negotiations are under “very favourable conditions” because the Chelsea man will be a free agent and offered enticing wages to come to Anfield.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Liverpool fans who were delighted with this latest rumour.

Since then, the winger has gone on to make 329 appearances for Chelsea in which he has managed to score 59 goals and provide 59 assists (per Transfermarkt). Now that it has been reported that the Reds are in negotiations to bring Willian to Anfield this summer, this has sparked a big reaction from Liverpool fans on Twitter.

The fact that so many Liverpool fans are getting excited by the thought of Willian move to the club on a free transfer just goes to show how much they recognise his talents and what he could offer the Reds.
