Liverpool are poised to become Premier League champions regardless of whether or not the season is completed after UEFA ruled out the possibility of the 2019/20 campaign being declared void, according to The Telegraph.
European football’s governing body released a statement in which they insisted on domestic campaigns being settled on ‘sporting merit’ even if they are unable to continue for what they described as ‘legitimate public health reasons’.
Here is how some of the Anfield faithful have reacted to the news relayed by @DaveOCKOP on Twitter.

Would it be right to award Liverpool the title without the season being concluded?YesNo |
Only right Dave ??

What do we think?
It’s clear from the above responses that most of these Liverpool fans believe their club being awarded the title in the event the season cannot be concluded makes sense given their dominance and current league position. The Reds are 25 points clear of Manchester City in second and require just two more victories to be confirmed as the Premier League champions for the first time.
