Supporters of Everton have taken to social media to discuss former striker Romelu Lukaku.
On Tuesday morning, @TheGwladysSt tweeted about the Toffees’ ex-frontman and stated ‘what a player he is’, which had lots of supporters following suit.
Lukaku in the spotlight on Premier League 100 Club on Sky Sports here. What a player he is. Would pay some serious cash to have him back.

With his new found work rate yes I’d love him back.
Whilst at us he was lazy and showed his pace and power maybe once a game— Rob gaskell (@Robertgaskelly1) April 14, 2020
Do you believe that there is any possibility that Romelu Lukaku may return to Everton one day?No, never going to happenYes, could happen one day |
While at Goodison Park, the 26-year-old striker was in imperious form and over 166 appearances, he bagged a stellar 87 goals and 29 assists (per Transfermarkt).
So, while some supporters waxed lyrical over the Belgian’s talents, other fans contemplated the likelihood of Lukaku ever returning to the blue half of Merseyside.
I think unfortunately the chances that Richarlison is sold in the next two years for £100m + is very high and as his replacement I reckon having a go at lukaku wouldn’t be a bad option

Reckon he could potentially be tempted back if the ‘Ancelotti Project’ starts to gather momentum? Ancelotti himself is a magnet for any player.

What do we think?
The Belgian striker has been the best-performing player for Inter in Serie A so far this season with a gargantuan 7.43/10 average rating (per WhoScored).
To earn the rating, Lukaku has netted 17 goals and two assists in 25 top-flight appearances for the Italian club (per WhoScored), which would surely make them very reluctant to let him leave.
