Should Everton have signed Manuel Fernandes permanently following his loan spells?Yes, we needed himNo, he's overrated |
The now 34-year-old FK Krasnodar player was situated at Goodison Park for two loan spells, first in 2007 from SL Benfica and the second in 2008 from Valencia (per Transfermarkt).
However, after his two loan spells with the club (per Transfermarkt), many Everton fans were left airing their wishes that Fernandes had signed permanently after the footage emerged.
Gutted we never signed him.

What do we think?
As can be seen in the responses from these Everton supporters, they wished that the Toffees had been able to sign the Portuguese attacker permanently after his two loan spells with the club.
However, the 34-year-old only managed to bag two goals and four assists for the Toffees in 24 appearances over his two stints with the club (per Transfermarkt), so, it seems that Fernandes was not overly prolific.
