Some Crystal Palace supporters have flocked to a tweet that was recently posted by their club’s official Twitter account featuring footage of the Eagles’ “masterclass at the King Power Stadium” from the 2018/19 Premier League season. 

Palace’s recent tweet has shared some highlights of the Eagles’ 4-1 Premier League away win over Leicester City from last season. This post has gotten plenty of Eagles fans talking and responding with admiration for this victory from the previous Premier League campaign. 

Michy Batshuayi, who joined Palace on loan from Chelsea in the 2019 January transfer window, opened the scoring in the 40th minute. The Foxes managed to score an equaliser in the 64th minute via Jonny Evans, however, a Wilfred Zaha brace, in addition to a Luka Milivojevic penalty, put this win beyond doubt for Palace.

This 4-1 victory at the King Power Stadium was the only Premier League game that the Eagles managed to win by at least three goals during the 2018/19 league season. With that in mind, it may be understandable why this victory has sparked positive reactions from some Eagles fans.
