Aston Villa fans have flocked to Twitter to respond to the latest comments made by on-loan Villan James Chester.
This comes after Villa-focused Twitter account @villareport shared a post on their page relaying comments made by the defender to The Athletic.
The centre-half revealed that he has put his empty flat in Birmingham on a special scheme for NHS staff to use if they need a place to stay.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Villa fans who were delighted with this gesture from their on-loan player.
Here’s a sample of Villa fans responding to the post:
James Chester: “At the moment my Birmingham flat is empty, but this week I put it on a scheme for NHS staff called NHS Homes. I only heard about it in the last few days. If doctors or nurses in the area need a place to stay, it’s there.” [the athletic] #avfc

Were Villa right to loan out James Chester this season?
Yes
No
The centre-half is currently on a loan deal at Championship club Stoke City until the end of the season after spending three and a half years at Villa Park (per Transfermarkt). Now that he has come out and revealed that he has offered his flat in Birmingham to any NHS staff in the city that may need a place to stay, this has led to a lot of praise being shared by these Villa fans to Chester.

What do we think?
