Some West Brom fans have been sharing support for Rayhaan Tulloch in response to a post-match tweet recently sent out by the 19-year-old following his performance in Tuesday’s FA Cup clash with Newcastle United.
The 19-year-old attacker posted a tweet sharing a picture of himself in action in West Brom’s recent FA Cup fixture. The tweet drew the attention of some West Brom-supporting Twitter users, who took the opportunity to respond to this post, sharing their appreciation for the ‘young star’.
Tulloch only made a brief appearance on Tuesday, being introduced as an 86th-minute substitute, replacing Chris Brunt. Tulloch’s cameo appearance in midweek was his third competitive first-team appearance of the 2019/20 season. According to Transfermarkt.co.uk, Tulloch has now made five first-team appearances for The Baggies, accumulating a total of 98 first-team minutes so far in his young career.
Despite not playing many minutes in midweek, the young attacker has received support from some West Brom supporters on social media in the wake of Tuesday’s FA Cup loss. Read the positive responses from some West Brom fans to Tulloch’s recent post-match message in the tweets below.

Was hoping you’d have been given more minutes against Newcastle considering how inept we were before the changes.

What do we think?
Tulloch has played a combined total of just over 90 first-team minutes for West Brom so far in his young professional football career. However, the young attacker has frequently demonstrated his quality this season as a part of West Brom’s U23 side in the Premier League 2 competition.
According to Transfermarkt.co.uk, Tulloch has scored nine goals and made four assists in 14 Premier League 2 appearances this season. This means that Tulloch has made a total of 13 goal contributions in what Transfermarkt list as 1,132 minutes of Premier League 2 football this season.
That is a goal every 87 minutes for The Baggies’ Premier League 2 side this season. Given his impressive contributions for West Brom’s U23 side of late, it may be understandable why some West Brom fans have been showing so much faith in the ‘young star’ on social media.
