With there being no football to watch right now in Scotland, Rangers fans are dipping their fingers into the archives to rewatch some of their favourite moments as Gers fans.
Yesterday Michael Seafarer shared footage of Brian Laudrup scoring a sensational chip from an acute angle. The goal was a thing of beauty, catching the opposition goalkeeper completely off guard.
When fans watched this footage, they were reminded of the Dane’s incredible technique. They praised him, labelling him as world-class.

There was one fan who questioned if Laudrup even meant to score with his chip, or if he was instead trying to cross the ball to a teammate. Others suggested that, given that Laudrup had attempted similar shots throughout his career, this was no accident.
He scored an identical goal for Ajax a few years later

Did Laudrup mean to score that goal?
Yes
No
What do we think?
Laudrup loved the Gers as much as the fans loved him. The player has admitted that he once turned down an opportunity to play for Barcelona in order to continue his courtship with the famous club.
And, after watching the footage above, we understand why teams like Barcelona were so keen on bringing the player to their club in the first place.
