Fans of QPR have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which discusses whether on-loan goalkeeper Seny Dieng should return to the club next summer, or go back out on loan for another season.
The Daily Mail’s ‘secret scout’ has recently reported that QPR’s goalkeeper Seny Dieng is ready to make the step up in leagues, stating that “Dieng could easily play in the Championship”.
In reaction to the report, which was referenced on Twitter by QPR HQ, fans of the club have been discussing whether they believe the £225k-rated ‘keeper should indeed return to the club this summer, or whether they think he should be loaned out once more before competing for a place in the first team.

Definitely good enough to come back and be back up to Kelly next season. Very talented keeper

Hopefully, Lumley will go at the end of the season, whenever that is!

Yes let him compete with Kelly and sell Lumley

I think he should be our no2 next year , looks a very good keeper. I like Jo but think he needs a team that plays to his style .

Probably should sell Lumley if he can’t be the #1 next year and have Dieng as the backup. Either that or sell Dieng, doubt he wants another loan spell

What do we think?
Dieng has certainly impressed while on loan at Doncaster this season, keeping nine clean sheets and conceding just 26 goals in 27 League One appearances, while averaging a WhoScored match rating of 6.79.
However, QPR’s current first-choice ‘keeper, Liam Kelly, has also impressed for the R’s over his recent fixtures, keeping three clean sheets over his last 10 fixtures, in which time QPR have won four, drawn three, and lost three.
As for whether Dieng will challenge Kelly for his spot between the sticks next season, only time will tell.
