It would appear that Nuno is not having to exercise alone while stuck at home, as the video shows that he is joined by his son.

What do we think?
Since making his January move from RC Strasbourg, Nuno Da Costa has made just one Championship appearance for Forest, playing 20 minutes in the Reds’ 1-0 defeat to Charlton back in February.
However, it would appear that the 29-year old is spending the current period away from football wisely, maintaining and improving his fitness by exercising at home.
It is evident from their comments that Forest fans hope that, once the football season resumes again, they will see Nuno Da Costa back on the pitch before too long.
