Some Newcastle United fans have been reacting to a tweet that was recently posted by the club’s official Twitter account featuring Nabil Bentaleb.
The tweet, which was posted by the Magpies’ official Twitter account, shares images of Bentaleb handing his shirt to a wheelchair-using supporter at the end of a recent fixture. The images have drawn the attention of some Magpies supporters on social media, some of whom have been sharing positive reactions to the tweet.
The 25-year-old midfielder has made six appearances for Newcastle since joining the club on loan from Schalke on 21st January. An option to buy the Algerian, who Transfermarkt.co.uk currently values at £4.5 million, was included in the deal, according to BBC Sport.

Bentaleb appears to be beginning to endear himself to some Newcastle supporters with displays of class such as the one shared in this tweet from the club’s official account. The 25-year-old has featured regularly for The Magpies since joining the club in January, starting six of Newcastle’s eight games since arriving at the club.
Should Bentaleb continue to feature regularly and impress Magpies supporters between now and the end of the season, he may successfully appeal enough to the Newcastle supporters to have them clamouring for the club to make use of the option to make his move permanent.
