Under Rodgers, against which club did Celtic play their first Premiership game?

Scottish midfielder Robson joined Celtic from Dundee United in early 2008. After two years at Parkhead, he left for Middlesbrough and went on to have spells with Sheffield United, Vancouver Whitecaps and Aberdeen.

During his time at Parkhead, Robson had made 54 appearances in all competitions for the Hoops. He had racked up seven goals and just as many assists for the club.

In the 2007/08 season with Celtic, Robson scored goals against Barcelona in the Champions League and against Rangers in the Premiership. That could be a reason why many Hoops fans see him as an ‘underrated’ player from his time in Glasgow.  The comments of the fans show that despite being at the club for just two years, he did leave behind an impact in their minds.
