Some Celtic fans have been left talking by the latest video involving Stuart Armstrong that was put out on social media.
A Hoops-related page called CelticLisboa recently posted a video of the current Southampton midfielder, who is celebrating his birthday today. The post said that Armstrong gave ‘his best’ at Parkhead and that ‘he seemed very settled’ at the club during his time there.
On seeing this video, many Celtic fans were left raving about the former Hoops star. They do remember him fondly.

Would you have Armstrong back at Celtic?
Absolutely!
No, he wasn't special
Really liked him as a player. I thought we could’ve built a team around him and he was Captain material. Sadly not to be.

Armstrong was at Celtic from the winter of 2015 till the summer of 2018, when he had joined Southampton in the Premier League. He had joined the Hoops from Dundee United and went onto make 144 appearances in all competitions for the club. He racked up a tally of 28 goals and 25 assists for them too.
What do we think?
During his time at Parkhead, Armstrong, who is valued at £7.2 million (as per Transfermarkt), had played seven Old Firm derbies in the Premiership. He had scored two goals and had one assist. That could have played a special role in leaving behind a mark in the minds of the Celtic fans. The Parkhead faithful certainly do make their love clear by their comments.
