Some Celtic fans have been raving about the latest video about Hatem Abd Elhamed that has gone viral on Twitter.
Elhamed did feature for the Hoops against St. Mirren recently, coming on from the bench in a dominating 5-0 win on Saturday. The defender came on in the 81st minute of the game, replacing defender Kristoffer Ajer in the second-half.
Recently though, a video of Elhamed from an Old Firm derby went viral when a fan called ‘hctelfih’ posted it. It had the defender come up with a tackle on Jermain Defoe.
Should Elhamed start against Rangers?

Elhamed had joined the Parkhead-based side this past summer from Hapoel Be’er Sheva for a reported £1.6 million fee. He has made 14 appearances in all competitions for the Hoops this season, with only five of them coming in the Premiership so far. He also has two assists in all competitions.
His recent nine-minute cameo against St. Mirren was Elhamed’s first Premiership appearance since he last played back in September. Since that game, he has been out of action due to a muscle injury. He was on the bench against Livingston in recent Premiership game.
What do we think?
The video comes at the right time because of two things- the upcoming Old Firm derby and Elhamed’s recent Premiership return. Celtic fans would certainly be happy to see their summer signing back in action and would be delighted if they beat the Gers and come close to winning the Premiership title.
