Would you take a prime Paolo Di Canio and Trevor Sinclair in David Moyes' current West Ham squad?Yes, they were classNo, not good enough |
Di Canio was at Upton Park between 1998 and 2003, arriving from Sheffield Wednesday and departing for Charlton Athletic (per Transfermarkt), during that time he bagged an impressive 51 goals and 14 assists in 135 appearances (per Transfermarkt).
The duo’s time at the club overlapped heavily, with Sinclair also at Upton Park between 1998 and 2003, having arrived from QPR and departing for Manchester City (per Transfermarkt), scoring 38 and assisting 18 in 194 games for the Irons (per Transfermarkt).

What do we think?
As can be judged from the responses of West Ham supporters, it is clear to see that many fans still have fond memories of Di Canio’s and Sinclair’s time at Upton Park.
With the duo having netted 89 goals between them over their stays at the club between 1998 and 2003, it is clear to see why they are looked on so favourably by supporters.
