Spurs fans have been reacting to reports on Oliver Skipp, after it was reported that he could be a key member of Jose Mourinho’s squad when the season resumes.
According to Football Insider (via The Spurs Web), Mourinho is planning on giving the 19-year-old a major role when the season resumes, having made a strong impression on the Portuguese manager. The academy graduate started consecutive games against Norwich City and Burnley before the league’s suspension and it seems as if that has been enough to convince his 57-year-old manager that he is worthy of a place in his starting XI.
The England Under-21 international has now made 20 senior appearances for the Lilywhites and could be set for a run in the side for Spurs’ remaining Premier League fixtures.
Do you think the season will finish?

These Spurs fans seem torn over whether Skipp is deserving of a prominent role in Mourinho’s squad when the Premier League resumes.
What do we think?
Skipp has averaged a disappointing 6.13 rating throughout his appearances in the Premier League so far this season, which suggests that he might not be ready for regular football in the top flight. However, he hasn’t really been given much of a chance as of yet, so it will be interesting to see what he can do with a regular run of games.
