Spurs fans have been discussing the club’s financial results from last season after the club posted them on their Twitter.
The club posted a link to some of the results from the financial year ending on the 30th of June 2019, which shows that the North London club’s revenue for the year ended 30 June 2019 was £460.7m, compared to £380.7m in 2018. It also includes the money made from last season’s Champions League run.

These Spurs fans clearly feel that some of the revenue earned from last season should be reinvested in the squad this summer.
What do we think?
It is difficult to say how much impact Spurs potentially not playing in the Champions League next season could have on their budget, but you imagine that Levy will be less willing to back Jose Mourinho if the North London club don’t have a European competition to contend with.
