Spurs fans have been reacting to the news that Christian Eriksen is reportedly having doubts about joining Inter.
According to Spanish news outlet El Desmarque (via The Spurs Web), the Danish international expected something different out of Italy and perhaps feels he should have held out for a move to Real Madrid. Since joining Antonio Conte’s side in January, the 28-year-old has made just eight appearances, although coronavirus is, of course, currently having a huge impact on Italian football, with some games having been postponed recently to try and prevent the spread of the virus.
In his time at Spurs, Eriksen made 305 appearances for the North London club, contributing an impressive 69 goals and 89 assists. However, the former Ajax man has just one goal and one assist in his time with Inter thus far and it seems as if Italian football is not all he expected it to be, with the report suggesting that he is wondering whether Real Madrid could have been a ‘better option’ for him.
Are you sympathetic to Eriksen's situation?

I doubt few if any Tottenham fans feel any sympathy for him.

These Spurs fans clearly aren’t too sympathetic to Eriksen’s current situation at Inter.
What do we think?
It is difficult to criticise Spurs fans in this case, as Eriksen really underperformed at the start of the season, averaging a 6.51 rating in the Premier League (as per WhoScored) when he clearly wanted to leave the club. Perhaps if he had continued to play to the best of his ability, he could have attracted the interest of Real Madrid and left with Spurs fans’ blessings.
