Spurs fans were delighted to hear that the club have ‘no intention’ of selling Harry Kane this summer.
According to Football Insider (via The Spurs Web), Daniel Levy intends to hold him to his deal which runs till 2024 and give him the platform to achieve his trophy ambitions with Spurs. The 26-year-old discussed his future in an Instagram live session with fans at the weekend, but with the club reportedly valuing him at more than £200 million, it seems unlikely at this point that he will be leaving the Lilywhites, especially with the potential financial implications of the current viral outbreak.
The England international has now scored 181 goals in 278 appearances for the North London club, demonstrating just how important he has been in the Spurs side over the past few years. However, with Champions League football looking like a distant hope rather than a reality for next season, you could understand why the academy graduate would be keen on leaving the club.
Do you think Levy will bring in enough quality to support Kane this summer?
Yes

Well I hope Levy matches @HKane‘s ambition in the transfer market. HK deserves to win trophies and titles and unless Levy backs Jose I would be sad to see him leave but would fully support his decision.

These Spurs fans seem delighted, if a little surprised, with the news that Levy is determined to keep hold of Kane.
What do we think?
If Levy does back Jose Mourinho in the summer transfer window and bring in some quality players to support Kane, then perhaps the England striker’s efforts with the North London club will finally be rewarded with a trophy.
