Fans of Tottenham have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports that claim Jose Mourinho is interested in a summer move for Lazio’s Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
According to reports in Italian publication Tuttosport (via Tuttomercatoweb), Spurs have joined the race for the signing of the Serbian international, who is also reportedly wanted by Juventus, Inter and Real Madrid.
In reaction to the reports, which were relayed on Twitter by TranSPURS, fans of the club have flocked to share their opinions on the potential transfer, with some claiming that the deal does not make sense, while others have stated their belief that the 25-year-old would be a welcome addition to the Spurs side.
Jose Mourinho wants Tottenham to sign Sergej Milinkovic-Savic this summer to bolster his midfield.
Jose has a connection with the Serbian, with the player's agent Mateja Kezman playing under Mourinho at Chelsea back in the 2004-05 season.

Top player but if he arrives Ndombele may leave

This makes no sense unless dele is leaving

This makes sense if Ndombele really might leave. If not than I cant see it. We need a DM and some defenders more than another CM.

What do we think?
The £72 million-rated Milinkovic-Savic has been pivotal to Lazio’s surprise title-challenging campaign so far this season, scoring four goals and providing five assists over 25 Serie A appearances, as well as a further goal and assist over his four Europa League fixtures.
The Serbian central midfielder has averaged an impressive WhoScored match rating of 7.33 in the league for Lazio, as well as an even more impressive 7.63 in the Europa League.
As such, it would appear that Milinkovic-Savic could prove a useful signing for the North London club, who could potentially have the upper hand in the race for his signature, as Spurs boss Jose Mourinho managed the player’s agent, Mateja Kezman, in 2004/05, during the Portuguese’s first spell in charge of Chelsea.
