Fans of Manchester City have been reacting to footage posted on Twitter, which highlights a message from City midfielder Phil Foden to fans of the club.
In the footage, Foden addresses City fans, informing them that he cannot wait to start playing football again, as well as advising them to stay safe in these current uncertain times.
In reaction to the video, which was posted by the official club account on Twitter, fans of the club have flocked to voice their opinions on Foden’s comments, with many praising the midfielder for his advice, while others have simply stated how much they were looking forward to season resuming.

Foden has not only impressed City fans with his recent comments, but he has also done so with his performances on the pitch this season.
The £27 million-rated midfielder, who is still only 19 years old, has made 14 Premier League appearances this term, providing one assist, in addition to two goals and assists in four Champions League fixtures, as well as a goal and four assists over the domestic cup competitions.
Foden could well feature for City even more prominently next season, as Pep Guardiola will have to find a replacement for the outgoing David Silva, who is leaving the club this summer.
