To kick off our EFL Championship records quiz, can you name which player has scored the highest number of goals in a single Championship season?

In reaction to the footage, which was posted by the official Nottingham Forest account on Twitter, fans of the club have flocked to comment on the midfielder’s fitness regime, with many praising Sow for his efforts, while others have joked that one exercise in particular made it look like the 30-year-old was dancing.

What do we think?

Although it is clear from the comments that Sow has impressed fans with his work-rate off the pitch, the same could be said for his performances on the pitch so far this season.

Since moving from Dinamo Moscow last summer, Sow has made 18 Championship appearances for Forest while averaging an impressive WhoScored match rating of 6.99.

The £1.8 million-rated midfielder’s performances have helped Forest climb to fifth place in the Championship table, and with just nine fixtures remaining, both Sow and the Reds stand a great chance of finishing the season in the top six.
